This is 5 months after a revision alarplasty. In addition to reduction of her alar width and flaring, she has an improvement in the position of her nasal tip.
*She had a previous alarplasty by a different surgeon and the prior incision was used for her revision.
Patient goal: Reduced alar width and flaring.
